The standard adjustable heights can be increased by using one or more of our QuickClick, bayonet fitting, extension pieces singly or in combinations to achieve any required height range.

RETURNS - Return shipments can only be arranged without cost if goods are incorrectly supplied or damaged. In other cases, if you notify us within 14 days of delivery, goods may be returned for refund. Return carriage costs will be your responsibility. Goods cost will be refunded subject to receipt in an undamaged, saleable condition. In all cases please contact us first to make suitable arrangements - we will always try to help. Note: For discretionary returns (change of mind, wrongly ordered items, etc.) we reserve the right to make a repacking, restocking, handling charge - typically 15%.
SHIPPING - Orders completed before 8am on Mondays and 9am Tuesday to Friday are generally dispatched the same day, weekends and holidays excepted. There is no weekend service for standard carrier deliveries. Packages leaving our stores on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays do not reach the carrier until the next working day. Saturday and urgent, timed, deliveries can usually be arranged at extra cost - please enquire.

Delivery is normally 2 days but may be longer (3 to 4 days) on pallet size orders.
