Fast Deliveries
We dispatch orders on weekdays only. Deliveries are sent using fully tracked carrier services, next day delivery in most cases, for UK Mainland addresses. Small, low value, parcels may be sent on standard 3-day courier or postal tracked services. Larger orders will be palletised and delivered on tail-lift vehicles – kerbside delivery.
Shipping
Orders completed before 8am on Mondays and 9am Tuesday to Friday are generally dispatched the same day, weekends and holidays excepted. Palletised deliveries are normally dispatched within 2 working daysSaturday and urgent, timed, deliveries can usually be arranged at extra cost - please enquire.

Returns
Return shipments can only be arranged without cost if goods are incorrectly supplied or damaged. In other cases, if you notify us within 14 days of delivery, goods may be returned for refund.
